Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us with your full name, phone number, and order confirmation number, as well as a brief description of the issue. We handle on a case-by-case basis. firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your satisfaction is our priority; however, we will not accept returns under any circumstance after 30 days from the order date, and any applicable refunds would occur for the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling (if applicable). Any returned items must be unused, in good condition, in original boxes or wrapping, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.
Retail Store Purchases: If you purchased a product at one of our retail partners, please return to that store and they will facilitate any returns and exchanges. Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our online store only. We do not accept returns for purchases made from any other retailer.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at email@example.com. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Empathy Plant Company will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping or if there is any reasonable defect that may pose a serious health or safety risk or concern, to be determined at the discretion of Empathy Plant Company only, on a case-by-case basis.
